In today’s society, everything is moving so fast and the world is changing constantly. We believe that change is the only constant. As a small company that is constantly striving growth and improvement, change is inevitable. Our mindset towards change must be a positive one and for the betterment of the business and the students.
We believe that to be an educator, we need to be educated constantly. We encourage our employees to go further than just the norm. As a company, we do not want to stay on the same level but to keep advancing and learning. We, as educators, are the leaders of tomorrow and therefore, learning should be a lifelong aspiration. Above all, to lead the next generation of students, we need to constantly gain wisdom so that we can be their role models.
We believe that business profits most when everyone is working together smoothly as a team. We value positive team spirit, encouragement for each other to collaborate as we focus on a common team goal.

ABRSM is the UK's largest music education body, one of its largest music publishers and the world's leading provider of music exams, holding over 650,000 assessments in more than 90 countries every year. We have chosen ABRSM as our designated examination board with the intent to maintain quality in our students’ learning and overall performance. In 2014, we were certified by the ABRSM representative office as a private examination studio. This gives us an advantage of scheduling practical examinations at an appointed time, giving students ample time for preparation. The familiar and welcoming environment helps pave a smooth and memorable experience for students who are taking examinations.
Our first student to complete a Diploma in Performance was born in 2015. Hao Jen was truly talented and passionate about his musical pursuit. He self composed and performed “In the Fast Lane” during our annual recital in 2014. Not only did he continue to pursue music studies with us during his studies, he was heavily involved in making music in school. He has since graduated from junior college and has gone further to pursue music studies in Berklee College of Music, via a scholarship.
It was an afternoon of eye-opening experience for the students who were selected to perform at this open stage event. Surrounded by audiences from all over Singapore, our students performed their solo repertoires in public. This experience not only served as a milestone for the kids, it also gave assurance and affirmation to the parents.
In 2018, we held our first ever internal piano competition, Presto X-Facto. This was a smashing event, as students performed their favourite repertoires. Coupled with a matching outfit, crafted speech delivery and a nicely decorated stage, the judges selected the top 10 performers who then continued on to the 2nd stage of the competition, which lasted about 2 months. To conclude the event, the top 3 performers and the most popular performer award were announced at the end of May.
Thematic annual recital has been a hallmark of success at Presto Studios. Our annual recital is held at the end of the year to celebrate success and also students’ achievements. In 2019, we invited many parents to join in the performance and to form an ensemble with their children. We had parents singing and playing guitar and some of them played duets with their children. The combinations were endless and the experience was wonderful as well.
